This incubator boasts over 500 sqm facilities specially designed to accommodate 14 start-ups.
From its very beginning in October 2007, the incubator has accommodated over 30 businesses related to New Technologies, Design and Consultancy. Businesses older than 6 months are not eligible.
The incubator enjoys a strong business environment. It is located in Mercalicante industrial area (Madrid highway, Km. 4), 5 kilometres away from the city centre and connected to A-7 (Mediterranean highway) and A-31 (Madrid highway).
The incubator boasts over 500 sqm premises all specifically designed to accommodate 14 start-ups.
Entrepreneurs have offices of different sizes at their disposal. They can choose from two to six work places depending on their needs. All of them are equipped with the following infrastructure and services: monitoring and guidance, specific training, light, photocopier, security, parking space, Internet, central heating, reception, post service, WiFi in common areas, and boardroom.
